Located at the edge of the pleasant towns of Schaerbeek, Evere and Woluwé-Saint-Lambert, close to the European Communities, NATO and Brussels-National Airport, The Edge occupies a strategic position in terms of mobility. Access to the city is provided by the immediate presence of many public transport (metro, tram, bus, train) while the national road remains accessible, with the E40 and the ring of Brussels.

This new neighborhood, still affordable today, is also booming and several multifunctional urban projects are developing. The redevelopment of the east entrance of Brussels on an urban boulevard (ParkWay project) as well as the creation of a new green space (MediaPark project) and new pedestrian and bicycle links will ultimately enhance this neighborhood in the making.
